There are many kids of different loading and shipment ways to choose from. Customers could choose according to their different situations. Some customers want to load more in the container, some customer want to do less assembly works when they receive the container. We would like to introduce the most popular ways.

1. The most common way is called half-built shipment way.

In this way, the trailer box with the sides, tailgate, mudguards, stone guards etc are all already assembled or welded up. The LED lights, stabilizer legs, water tanks, electric pumps are all assembled up.

All the parts that need our customer to assemble are mainly some large parts such as the tool box, kitchens, stone guard, jockey wheel, couplers, tents, wiring, the axle, spring system, and the wheel.

Well, some customers will require more assembly works done by us so they could do less works when they receive the container.  They will ask to assemble up the wiring, the tents, the axles, spring systems etc. These will be done at an extra costs, and some will even change the shipment quantity in a standard container.

**Here is an option for the drawbar here, someone will choose the bolt on drawbar, then we will load the drawbar and the trailer box separately and supply all the bolts and nuts for bolting on the drawbar. Someone will choose the welded on drawbar, then the drawbar will be welded before any surface treatment or loading**

2. The other ways is flat packed shipment.

For the trailers with the bolt on side panels and front panels, we could have them flat packed in the container, such as the camper trailer RC-CPT-05, RC-CPT-13.

All the welding works are done in our plant, such as the trailer floor are welded on the chassis frame, the trailer hangers are already onto the chassis, all hinges, latches are also welded onto the right plate for bolting. Customers will need to assemble up all the trailer panels, trailer parts, trailer accessories by themselves.

3. The third way is to have the trailer completely assembled before shipment.

In this way, we will have the complete trailer fully assembled, and you can tow it when you receive the container.

But it is with the least shipment quantity which is not cost effective. It is only available for the sample trailer so far .
