All our camper trailers fully meet the Australian Design Rules and/or Australian Standards. All of our camper trailers have CE certificate and ISO9001 certificate. 

Strength of our camper trailers:

Material strength:

1.      Tubes are made of high quality alloy steel tubes, the steel code No. is: Q345B.

2.      Trailer boxes, mudguards and footsteps, floors are made of high quality steel plates.

3.      If aluminum material is used, we normally use 2mm thick high quality aluminum checker plates.

Standard parts which all meet Australian standard:

1.      Quality safety chain complying with Australian standard AS4177.4-1994 or Australian Standard AS4177.4-2004.  Australian standard mark is shown on all of our safety chains.

2.      Australian standard couplings of various capacity available.

3.      The front pneumatic jockey wheel is upgraded with one U-shaped locking device.

4.      Standard stone guards or customized stone guards.

5.      All of the spring hangers of our camper trailers are upgraded. The hangers are made of the best quality steel plates which are normally the standard plate material for ship building. The upgraded hangers are durable and strong.

6.      All the camper trailers are equipped with plastic water fillers now at no extra costs to customers. The old style steel water filler for side-fold trailers has been replaced by plastic water fillers which are more popular among customers.   

7.      All camper trailers can be upgraded to have new style rear stabilizing legs, if upon agreement on the costs for changing into new legs.

8.      Various types of aluminum or powder coated steel tool boxes available for customers’ preference.

Strength of suspension system:

1.      Standard solid round axles with or without electric brakes available;

2.      Standard solid square axles with or without electric brakes available;

3.      Or, independent suspension system to be supplied at customers’ requirements. Single shock absorber or dual shock absorber to be supplied at customers’ requirements.    

5.      Steel powder coated rims as standard set-up, or aluminum alloy wheels to be supplied at extra costs upon customers’ requirement.

Strength of production technique:

1.      Good craftsmanship to ensure user-friendly trailers are supplied.

2.      Good welding and good pop- riveting to ensure the strength of trailers.

3.      Lockable doors with durable rubber seals.

4.      Each working procedure is well-controlled now. Loading pictures are to the detail, so that customers are sure of what they will get before they receive the actual products.
