Advantages of our trailers
We made great improvements to the box trailers. See the below improvements:
1. All the box panels are detachable with the best strength.
Tips: Box panels are usually made of 1.5mm thick flat steel sheet.
When 1.5mm thick panels are hot-dipped galvanized, if the panels are folded a little bit to get the shape, the panels will deform during hot-dipped galvanization process.
In order to strengthen the panels and to avoid hot deformation, our panels are deeply folded, see the pictures of panels.
IN this way, our panels have two unique advantages: the best strength and no hot-deformation;
Remember the deeper the panels are folded, the more materials are used, the stronger the panels are.
For this kind of panels, in China, we are the only manufacturer who manufactures such strong panels. When you introduce these box trailers to your customers/distributors/end-users, don’t forget to mention its strength and advantages compared with other suppliers.
2. For detachable draw bar, there are all together 16 bolts to fix the draw bar with the chassis. The connection strength is well-ensured.
3. The front panel can be opened onto the drawbar with 2 pins. The front panel is reinforced by using 2 plated-folded parts.
4. Tailgate can swing to the left.
5. Rear light bracket is bolted underneath the rear part of the trailer. The light bracket is well designed. See the back of the light bracket.
6. The box trailer can be used as a simple on-road type camper trailer if you want.
The relative accessories (including gas struts, gas strut mounting brackets at both ends, hinges, latches, tents) can be supplied at extra costs to convert the box trailers into a simple camper trailers.
With the tent top on, it will be a perfect and cost effective camper gear.
