Trailer body construction and materials

Trailer side panels, front panel & tailgate:1.5mm flat steel sheet folded as standard; Standard box height as per the above table;

Trailer floor: 2.5mm thick steel checker plate welded onto chassis;

Trailer mudguards: 2.5mm checker plate;

Trailer front panel is detachable, and cannot be opened.

Trailer tailgate is detachable and can be opened downwards.

Trailer suspension and wheel

Standard quantity of mechanical brake system as per the above table;

Alxe: 40mm diameter round solid axle, standard quantity as per the above table;

Standard 5-leaf eye-to-eye painted leaf springs for single axle box trailer.

Trailer without shock absorbers

Wheels: White powder coated steel rims as standard; All tires are DOT certified.
